Opening Credits.
A real movie
in movies there is a very standardised way the credits work, the back background and white writing has become strongly associated with the opening and closing credits of a feature film. More recent years the tiles have become more creative instead of just simple black and white, however the order in which the titles appear has stayed the same.

Opening
in a more traditional sense the order of the titles starts with the 'distribution company' and as it is going to be a independent distributor that didn't finance your film and so will appear on its own- it wold normally be shown as 'distribution company presents' and then it is followed by the 'production company'. the directors credits comes after this and the 'directirs film'.

Cast and titles
this starts with the member with the most screen time, this is also where the most famous or well known celebrity will be named, normally there are 5 or under of the top actors. you can then put in the title of the film and it is acceptable to use a different font than the previous titles and more out of sync than the previous.
after this you continue with the rest of the cast especially people that are crucial to the script but not as important to the plots. also if there is a known actor but they only play a minor part then they can be the last person named and the character they play.

Other positions.
following this the people above the line positions should be named. leading with the director of photography, who did the majority, and who all the casting directors are, after the casting directors the producers, executives' and the production designer and finally the editors finishing the normal primary positions. listing the person who was the main source of the films ideas and who wrote screenplay. these credits are important and always come at the end
